DAY 1 – SHENANDOAH VALLEY / HERSHEY, PA :CHOCOLATE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD":. Welcome aboard our luxury motorcoach this morning. Today begins our tour of The Amish Country, a tour you’ll remember for a lifetime. We’ll travel through the beautiful Shenandoah Valley during one of the most beautiful times of the year, and. enjoy the rolling green fields and mountains. We will visit the "Chocolate Capital of the World," Hershey, PA. This planned community took its name from Milton S. Hershey, who built a chocolate factory in 1903. Be sure to look at the street lights shaped like chocolate candy kisses. Next we’ll travel into the heart of the Pennsylvania Dutch Country. No visit to the Dutch Country would be complete without an Amish style meal. Be sure to have a hearty appetite, as you will be our guest for a delicious Amish style meal (included) in the heart of the Dutch Country. We will check into one of the beautiful motels. |

DAY 2 - AMISH COUNTRYSIDE TOUR / LANCASTER / "JOSEPH": This morning we begin our day with sightseeing in the Amish Country . You’ll be surrounded by fertile fields and early American charm as we tour the farm lands. We'll travel through the rolling country side and over sparking, spring fed streams as we wonder back to a time when life was simpler and at a slower pace. You'll pass one room schoolhouses, and meet the Amish as they go about their daily life in horse and buggy. We'll visit the Farmer’s Market, if open. After which, we will see the drama, "JOSEPH" at the Sight and Sound Theatre. |
| DAY 3 – GETTYSBURG BATTLEFIELDS / HOMEWARD BOUND: We must leave this beautiful farming area and head south. Our route today will be through the Gettysburg National Park, which was the scene of the most decisive battle of the Civil War. We will have a picture stop at the battlefield and view General Eisenhower’s retirement farm, where Mamie lived until her death in 1981. We will travel through Harper’s Ferry, WV and the Shenandoah Valley, as we make our way toward home, thus ending another unforgettable tour with old and new made friends and the wonderful fellowship together. |
